Joe Averette has extensive experience in financial leadership, having served in various roles at TenCate Geosynthetics since 1997, including Chief Financial Officer and Group Controller. Joe has also held the position of Group CFO for TenCate Geosynthetics at Koninklijke Ten Cate since 2009. Prior to their tenure at TenCate, Joe was CFO at Royal TenCate starting in 1989. Following retirement in September 2019, Joe has assumed the title of "Papa". Education was completed at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
