With a foundational background in finance, having served as Senior Corporate Controller at Pon Holdings and as a Senior Internal Auditor and Financial Business Analyst at Hagemeyer Nederland, Roger has cultivated expertise in data quality and governance, contributing to successful initiatives in multiple regions. Educationally, Roger holds an RA degree in Accountancy from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has completed earlier studies at De Haagse Hogeschool and City College Sint Franciscus Rotterdam.
