Rianne Linders has extensive HR management experience, currently serving as HR Manager at Koninklijke ERU since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rianne was HR Manager at Steenland Chocolate BV from December 2003 to May 2023, where responsibilities included a broad HR scope, project management, and the implementation of various HR initiatives such as a new job structure and behavioral compass. Additionally, Rianne held the position of Purchase Manager Packaging at Steenland, overseeing the procurement of packaging materials. Earlier career experiences include roles as Area Manager and Intercedent at Randstad Uitzendbureau BV from January 1999 to December 2003 and July 1995 to December 1998, respectively. Rianne holds a degree from Breda University of Applied Sciences and attended Tilburg University.
