Goos De Boer is a Senior Project Engineer at Boskalis, with experience in the field since 2008. De Boer held the role of Engineering and Project Control at Boskalis Australia from December 2010 to December 2012 and served as a Systems Engineer for the PUMA project from 2009 to 2010. De Boer obtained a Master's degree in Coastal and Offshore Engineering from Delft University of Technology, where studies were completed from 1991 to 1998.
