Jie Long Kew has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to present. In 2015, they worked as a Sale Assistant at Nike Factory Store. In 2017, they worked as a Ruby On Rail Developer as a Freelancer and an Internship at Neruti Technology Sdn Bhd. In 2018, they worked as an AI Engineer at Xendity Pte Ltd and in 2019 they worked as an AI & Machine Learning Engineer at 123RF.com. In 2020, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer/Researcher at Koning Corporation, a Freelance Machine Learning Engineer at Upwork and a Machine Learning Engineer/Researcher at Bitwise Agronomy. In 2021, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at TibaMe ŒWÁ•¾W. Additionally, they completed their degree at the University of Malaya in 2015, achieving one of the best Final Year Projects in Anugerah Project Akademic Cemerlang (APAC) 2018.

Jie Long Kew received a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Malaya in 2019, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera.
