Lili Chen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people analytics and total rewards management. Currently serving as the Global Manager for People Analytics & Total Rewards at Kongsberg Automotive, Lili Chen has successfully led the implementation of the Success Factor people analytics module and developed a global workforce planning process. Prior to this role, Lili Chen held various positions including HR Controller at Home and Krauss Maffei Corporation, and Sales Controller at RetailOn.
