Pavlos Koutoglou has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Pavlos'scurrent position is as a Senior Software Engineer at Kong Inc. which they started in November 2022. Prior to this, Pavlos worked at Ordereze from December 2015 to November 2022, where they were a Frontend Team Leader and Senior Software Engineer. Pavlos also worked as a Senior Developer and Mobile Developer at Thaza from January 2015 to May 2017. Earlier in their career, Pavlos worked at Evresis S.A from October 2012 to October 2015, holding roles in computer software. Pavlos began their career as a Technical Support Specialist at Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki from January 2011 to July 2011.

Pavlos Koutoglou earned a Bachelor's degree from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki from 2008 to 2012. During their studies, they did not specify a field of study. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Alma Mater Studiorum - UniversitĂ  di Bologna from 2010 to 2011.

Pavlos also obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they acquired the PROFESSIONAL SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER™ I certification from Scrum.org. In February 2021, they attained the PROFESSIONAL SCRUM MASTER™ I certification, also from Scrum.org. Most recently, in November 2022, they obtained the Kong Onboarding Certification from Kong.
