Âraš Eftexâri has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Âraš started their career at Telin Systems Ltd. in 2006 as a Network/Systems Administrator, where they were responsible for implementing and maintaining network-wide backup solutions and configuring OpenBSD servers. In 2011, they joined IBM Canada Ltd. as a Windows Server Specialist, focusing on server deployment, migration projects, and day-to-day operations. From 2016 to 2019, Âraš worked at CA Technologies as a Support Engineer, providing support for Java-based APIM applications hosted on-premise or on AWS/Azure cloud. At Central 1 Credit Union, they worked as a Platform Specialist from 2019 to 2020, handling automation, deployment, and collaborating with various teams. Currently, Âraš is employed at Kong Inc. as a Senior Curriculum Developer and was previously a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer.

Âraš Eftexâri obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Azad University (IAU) between 1995 and 1998. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a certification as a Kong Gateway Certified Associate from Kong Inc. in May 2022.
