Paula Warburton has a diverse work experience in finance and operations. Paula is currently the Financial Director at KONG Company since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Finance and Operations Director at TDSi from May 2017 to March 2022. Paula also held roles at P H Warr plc, where they were the Director of Finance from January 2007 to December 2016 and the Financial Controller from January 2004 to December 2006. Additionally, they worked as the Financial Controller at Garland Hoff Limited from May 2002 to November 2003, and as an Auditor at Langdowns DFK Ltd. from September 1996 to March 2001.

Paula Warburton completed their education at various institutions. Paula started their academic journey at Queensmount School from 1980 to 1986. Paula then attended Talbot Heath School from 1986 to 1989. Afterward, they pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business and Finance at Solent University between 1991 and 1993. Paula proceeded to Bournemouth University from 1993 to 1995 to obtain a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Accountancy. Paula later enrolled in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, earning their ACA (Accountancy) degree from 1996 to 2000. Paula then furthered their studies at the same institution in 2014, this time obtaining a Master's degree in Accounting and becoming a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA).
