Rafa Aceves has a solid work experience in the financial industry. Rafa currently holds the position of Director Financial Products - Acquisition & Business Solutions at Konfído, a role they started in 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director B2B & Card Solutions at the same company, where they were responsible for developing the SME/Mid Market cards business strategy and leading cross-functional teams to launch new card features.

Rafa also has additional certifications in Top Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey and in Effective Communication for Managerial Roles from ICAMI, both obtained in 2021.
