Mikko Leinonen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management within the technology and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial & Operations Solutions at KONE since March 2017, Mikko drives the development and deployment of global digital solutions that enhance customer experience and sales processes. As a Board Member of Tamtron Group since June 2021, Mikko contributes to the growth of an international manufacturing company specializing in scales and weighing information management systems. Prior to these roles, Mikko had a successful tenure at Tieto, where responsibilities included Vice President and Head of the Customer Experience Management business unit, managing profit and loss, and leading significant growth initiatives for major clients. Mikko holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University of Technology, with additional education from RWTH Aachen University.
