Kaz Z. is an experienced professional in the fields of criminology, child protection, and social services. Currently serving as a Child Protection Caseworker at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, Kaz Z. has also been involved with the University of Sydney's Matilda Centre Crime Research Group since November 2019. Prior roles include working as a Women with Children Caseworker at the Women's Justice Network, where responsibilities included supporting women in the care system and enhancing community reintegration efforts. Kaz Z. founded and chaired the TGDAC, demonstrating leadership in advocating for transgender and gender-diverse individuals within the criminal justice system. With a diverse background in sales and marketing, including a decade as the owner of Kaz Zinnetti - Strategy Cavalry, Kaz Z. holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University, alongside additional qualifications in hairdressing and small business management.
