Anand Reddy has been working in the software engineering field since 2008. Anand started their career at Accenture as a Senior Software Engineer, then moved to Oracle in 2013 as a Senior MTS. In 2014, they joined Dell EMC as a Principal Software QA Engineer, and in 2021 they began working at Komprise as a Staff Software Engineer (Performance/QA).

Anand Reddy obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics from PES College of Engineering, Mandya in 2008. Anand then obtained their JAIIB certification from the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance in 2012. In 2014, they obtained their Information Storage Associate Version 2 (EMCISA) certification from EMC. In 2016, they completed their M.Tech (Software Systems) : Work Integrated Learning from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Anand then obtained their Technology Architect, VMAX3 Solutions Specialist Version 1.0 (EMCTA) certification from Dell EMC in 2017, followed by their Technology Architect, XtremIO Solutions Specialist Version 1.0 (EMCTA) certification from Dell EMC in the same year. In 2018, they obtained their VMware Certified Professional 6.5 – Data Center Virtualization certification from VMware. Finally, in 2008, they obtained their ISTQB certification from the Indian Testing Board.
