Sophie Lambert Kristensen is the Senior Design Lead at KOMPAN Global, where Sophie oversees design, quality, deliverables, product and process development, internal and external communications, as well as team management and development. With a background in sustainable product development and integrated design, Sophie has worked in various design-related roles at companies such as Watercare ApS, Lotus Heating Systems A/S, and DNgroup. Sophie has also served as a mentor for Product Development and Innovation studystart at the University of Southern Denmark.
