Casper H. is an accomplished professional with experience in consulting, research, and education. From September 2022 to September 2023, Casper worked as a Junior Consultant at QA Consulting, focusing on IT and AI strategy projects. In the same period, Casper served as a Student Ambassador for the MSc Crisis & Security Management program at Leiden University. Before these roles, Casper completed a research project on contemporary Russian nuclear doctrine as a Summer Researcher in the ISI Programme at the Cambridge Security Initiative in July 2022. Additionally, Casper founded Odeka Webdesign, operated from July 2018 to January 2022, and interned at G4S in June 2021. Prior experience also includes serving as a Student Mentor in Security Studies at Universiteit Leiden. Casper holds a Master’s degree in Crisis & Security Management from Leiden University, a Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies from Leiden University, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Russian & East European Studies at the University of Oxford.
