Seán Wilson is a Technical Product Manager at komoot, overseeing the outdoor routing engine and leading a team in developing sophisticated algorithms for outdoor sports routing. Previously, Seán served as Principal Software Engineer at Edify.ac, focusing on augmented learning platforms and liaising with various teams to enhance learning interactivity through extended reality (XR). As Technical Lead at AMRC, Seán managed augmented reality projects and advanced applied artificial intelligence in the manufacturing sector. Additional experience includes roles as a Software Developer at Viurt Ltd, Graduate Software Engineer at KANA Software, and various positions in customer service, teaching, and the Royal Air Force. Seán holds a Master of Informatics with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from The University of Edinburgh.
