Emir Karsiyakali has a range of work experience in software development, starting from 2012. Their notable roles include Technical Architect at INVICTUS Europe from September 2017 to February 2018, Senior Software Developer at Teknasyon from November 2016 to June 2017, and Senior Software Developer at Dugun.com from July 2015 to February 2016. Emir also founded companies such as MONEO YAZILIM A.Åž. in February 2018, where they offered advanced and scalable products, and Kodilan.com in February 2019, where they were a co-founder. Lastly, they founded and held the position of Founder and CEO at Kommunity.com from July 2019, where they led the company.

Emir Karsiyakali attended K.A.T.E.M High School from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Information Technologies. Emir then went to Bahcesehir University from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Computer Education and Instructional Technology. From 2012 to 2014, they returned to Bahcesehir University and studied Computer Programming. Emir also obtained two additional certifications: Zend Certified PHP Engineer from Zend by Perforce in August 2015 and Web Yazilimi Uzmanligi from Bilisim Egitim Merkezi in September 2008.
