Rendra Jaya is an experienced professional in the fields of e-commerce and project management. Currently serving as an E-commerce Operations Executive at Komerce since May 2023, Rendra previously worked as a Customer Service Inbound representative at Ivosights, effectively handling customer inquiries through various social media platforms. As a Project Manager for Generasi Bakti Negeri, Rendra developed strategic plans for community programs in underserved areas of North Kalimantan. Leadership skills were demonstrated as the Head of the Art, Culture, and Sport Department at Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah FISIPOL UMY, where Rendra improved organizational efficiency through the execution of various programs. Additionally, Rendra held the position of Head of Event Creative Officer at the Indonesian Students Council Summit Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, successfully managing volunteer recruitment. Rendra earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in April 2022.
