Jim Bolos has extensive experience in financial management and reporting, currently serving as Director of Financial Excellence at Komatsu America Corp. since November 2006. In this role, Jim manages legal consolidation, planning, forecasting, and analysis. Previous positions include Director of Financial Reporting & Systems and Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Reporting. Jim's career at Komatsu America began as Manager of Consolidations, overseeing financial consolidation for more than 30 entities across North and South America. Prior to joining Komatsu, Jim worked as Financial Accounting and Planning Manager at Komatsu Financial LP, focusing on profit and loss and balance sheet reporting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Accounting from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
