Hakan Akdeniz is a seasoned professional in the engineering and service sectors, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Forklift Service & Warranty at Komatsu since January 2024. With extensive experience at Komatsu America Corp. since January 2006, Hakan has held several managerial roles, including leading a team of Service Engineers and overseeing technical support and product quality initiatives. Prior positions include Senior and Service Engineer, where Hakan was responsible for troubleshooting and addressing quality issues in machinery. Earlier career experiences include a role as a Standard Products Engineer at THK America, a college tutor at Wright College, and a validation engineer at Abbott Labs.
