Miguel Zamudio Arias has a diverse work experience in the technology field. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso, where they implemented an algorithm to predict epileptic seizures, analyzed datasets with data visualization and data pre-processing techniques, offered constructive feedback about security, responsive design and functionality of a website, coded and debugged an algorithm, and proposed a new algorithm to outperform the previous one and presented such idea in a mathematical conference. In 2018, they also worked as a Student Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso, where they assisted students, faculty and staff with technical issues, performed building management which included cable management, electronic access updates, and ongoing tech support, and updated the content of the Computer Science Department website on a weekly basis as well as improved the website loading time by optimizing the images. From 2020 to 2022, Miguel worked as a Software QA Tester, Mid-Level Developer, and Full-Stack Developer at PrimalTechnologies, The University of Texas at El Paso, and Tango.io, respectively. As a Software QA Tester, they provided technical assistance in troubleshooting design or functionality issues on developed solutions by the developers, tested large-scale web-based applications, and communicated with the Manager, the Senior Tester, and the Web Solutions Architect in a daily basis to show testing progress on one or multiple web-based applications. As a Mid-Level Developer, they collaborated on the Front-End side of a Web Application to fundraise NGO reforestation projects, built a serverless e-commerce application that consisted of a mobile application for Android and iOS devices and a dashboard to manage products and orders, and developed and tested the Front-End side of an e-commerce system and a dashboard to manage products, orders, and generate reports. Lastly, as a Full-Stack Developer, they worked with a team of three developers to develop an Ecommerce application with dynamic content, provided weekly updates to company executives about the current state of the application and the next steps to be done by the team, and directed a team of four developers to design, develop and test a SaaS system that consist of a Dashboard and a Mobile Application for Android and iOS devices. In 2022, Miguel is currently working as a React Developer at Kolors.
