Jason Hakjae Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jason Hakjae is currently the President at Kolmar Labs, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Kolmar USA starting from January 2018. In 2017, they worked at Kolmar Korea as the Managing Director and Head of North America Business Group for a brief period. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Doosan Digital Innovation America, LLC, where they formed a legal entity to provide corporate shared services. Before that, they worked at Doosan from 2001 to 2011, starting as a Financial Analyst and progressing to Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst positions. Jason's work experience also includes serving as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Army from 1995 to 1997.

Jason Hakjae Lee received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kyung Hee University, where they studied from 1993 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at Kyung Hee University from 2000 to 2002.
