Gina Rousseau Williams has had a diverse work experience in the beauty industry. Gina is currently the RD Director at Kolmar USA since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Revlon Inc. as a Project Leader from January 2021 to October 2022 and as a Senior Development Chemist from October 2012 to December 2020. Before joining Revlon, Gina was a Manager, Platforms and Innovations at Limitedbrands from January 2012 to October 2012. Gina also has extensive experience at L'Oreal, where they served as a Group Leader Skincare/Suncare R&I from May 2000 to January 2012.

Gina Rousseau Williams has a diverse education history. Gina earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1988. Afterward, they pursued further studies in Economics and obtained another BA degree from Rutgers University - Newark between 1989 and 1991. Later, they decided to shift their focus to Chemistry and completed their first Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry at Rutgers University - Newark, from 1997 to 2000. Finally, in 2009, Gina pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemistry at Rutgers University - Newark, with an expected completion date of 2011.
