Robert Richardson currently works as an IT Specialist at Kollins Communications, Inc. and as a Configuration Team Lead at Zero-In. At Zero-In, Robert manages the Configuration Department, collaborates with other department managers on infrastructure changes, and implemented solutions that saved the company significant costs. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Robert has worked their way up from Configuration Technician Intern to their current leadership roles.
