Dylan Lindsay has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Dylan is currently the Lead Product Manager at Kolekti, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Adaptavist for several years, starting as an Associate Product Manager in 2019 and eventually becoming a Senior Product Manager. In these roles, they managed Adaptavist's Confluence portfolio of apps and played a key role in product development, market research, and pricing strategies. Before joining Adaptavist, Dylan co-owned a successful market stall business called Oh, Risotto!, which specialized in Italian arancini. Dylan also worked as a Technical Writer at Derivco, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create technical specifications and promotional content. Additionally, they gained teaching experience as a Tutor at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.

Dylan Lindsay holds a Master's Degree in Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, which was completed from 2011 to 2014. Dylan also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in the same field from the same university between 2006 and 2010. Prior to their university education, Dylan completed their post-matric studies at Treverton College in 2005. Their earlier education includes attending St.Henry's Marist Brothers College from 2000 to 2004, although specific degrees or fields of study were not mentioned. Additionally, in August 2020, Dylan obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agile Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
