Scott Kolbe has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Scott started their career as a Sales & Project Manager at Henges Associates in 1993 and then moved on to become a District Manager at Automatic Data Processing from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they worked as a Senior Solutions Specialist at Kronos from 1998 to 2001 and then as a Software Marketing professional at Advanced System Designs from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, they founded their own Marketing and Public Relations firm called Kolbeco, where they served as the President. After nearly two decades in the marketing industry, they transitioned to become a Triathlon Coach at IRONMAN U's Evolve Coaching Systems in 2018, focusing on holistic training approaches. Scott's most recent role is as a Business Partner at Unira Workforce, where they aim to facilitate growth and connections in various industries and communities. Additionally, Scott Kolbe served as the President of the Board of Alderman for three terms at the City of Dardenne Prairie from 2004 to 2012.

Scott Kolbe received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with an emphasis on International Relations and Business from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Ironman Certified Coach from The IRONMAN Group in 2019.
