Pat Watters has extensive experience in marketing and public relations. They started their career in 2004 at Kolbeco as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist. They then worked at Kaplan Professional from 2007 to 2010 as a Marketing Specialist. After that, they joined Riverfront, Inc. as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist for a brief period. Pat returned to Kaplan Professional in 2011 and held various roles including Content Marketing and Social Media Manager, Real Estate Marketing Manager, and Marketing Specialist. Most recently, they are working at Kolbeco as a Brand Media Director since 2020.

Pat Watters attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1999 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations.
