Caroline S. is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in operations, teaching, and program coordination. Currently serving as the Operations Specialist Lead at Kokua Education since September 2021, Caroline previously held roles at KIPP Texas Public Schools, including Assistant Principal of Operations and founding Kindergarten teacher. Caroline's career began with Teach For America, where significant contributions included teaching Kindergarten and managing operations at the Houston National Institute. Additional experiences include working at Walt Disney World, overseeing student fundraising initiatives at Saint Mary's College, and coordinating international educational programs for the U.S. Department of State. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Saint Mary's College and has demonstrated a strong commitment to educational equity and service throughout a multifaceted career.
