Valerie Orta is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in food science and technology. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Koi CBD since September 2022, Valerie previously held similar roles at LabPlex and Abstrax Tech, Inc. In addition to quality management expertise, Valerie has experience as a Quality Inspector at Ecolab and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee, where Valerie earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science. Early career experience includes a summer internship at Cowgirl Creamery and foundational education in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Long Beach City College.
