Yogesh Pansare has extensive experience in the engineering sector, currently serving as the Head of K&B Engineering and Engines Engineering at Kohler Co. since July 2009, where responsibilities include leading product engineering teams and overseeing engineering systems related to data management and lifecycle management for diesel and gasoline engines. Prior to joining Kohler, Yogesh held various roles at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, Gala Precision Auto Components Ltd, Amforge Industries Limited, ECIT as an engineering faculty, Victor Gaskets India Limited, and Fine Tools Pvt. Ltd. Yogesh possesses a Master’s in Computer Aided Tool Engineering from the Central Institute of Tool Design and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.
