Andrew Warren is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Regional General Counsel for North America and Asia Pacific at Rehlko since September 2024, Warren previously held prominent roles at CTS Corporation, including Deputy General Counsel and Global Compliance Director, SBU General Counsel, and Acting General Counsel & Secretary from January 2016 to August 2024. Prior positions include Vice President & General Counsel for Power Solutions at Johnson Controls, Chief Counsel for Asia, Middle East, Africa & Turkey at Sealed Air Corporation, and Senior Counsel at Diversey. Warren began a legal career as an attorney at the US Environmental Protection Agency and Michael Best & Friedrich. Educated at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Warren earned a JD and holds a BA in Geology from Lawrence University.
