William Rothrock is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Vice President of Construction and Senior Project Manager at Kogok Corporation since August 2006. With a robust portfolio, Rothrock has successfully completed significant projects including the NBACC (BSL-3 and 4 Laboratory) and the Franklin Square Patient Tower. Prior to Kogok, Rothrock worked as a Project Manager at HITT Contracting Inc., managing projects such as the Montgomery County Conference Center and Hotel, and at The Bell Company, where responsibilities included overseeing BSL-3 spaces. Rothrock's career in project management began at General Sheet Metal Fabricators. Rothrock holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
