Sebastian Dedering has held various roles in the customer success and affiliate management fields since 2006. Sebastian began their career as a CSR at Expekt.com, followed by an Affiliate Manager role at PokerLoco.com. Sebastian then moved to IDG Sweden as an Account Manager in 2010. In 2011, they held both Affiliate Manager and Head of Customer Success roles at Stingbet Holding AB and iZettle, respectively. Sebastian then became Head of Customer Success at Wiraya Solutions AB in 2015, and held the same role at Detectify in 2019. Currently, they are the General Manager - International Markets and VP Customer Success at Kognity.

Sebastian Dedering completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education between 2018 and 2019. Prior to this, they attended IHM Business School between 2011 and 2013.
