Jessica Prosper is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner currently contributing to Rooster Scheduling since January 2024 and Kognitiv Inc. since July 2022. Previously, Jessica held the position of Manager, Talent and HR at Healthtech Consultants, specializing in healthcare IT and organizational transformation, and also worked as Recruitment Lead at Bayshore HealthCare. Earlier roles include Recruitment Consultant at People 2 Work, focusing on the construction industry, and various positions at Old Navy, where Jessica gained significant experience in sales and training operations.
