Emily Dawes is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Koffeecup since October 2024. Prior to this role, Emily held various positions at Exile Group from February 2019 to October 2024, including HR and Culture Manager, People and Culture Coordinator, and Office Manager. Earlier experience includes working as a Call Scheduler at Franke Coffee Systems, where responsibilities included scheduling service calls for engineers, and as a Chalet Manager at Ski Bonjour, managing a luxury chalet in Val d'isere and Tignes. Additionally, Emily served as a camp counselor at a special needs sleep-away camp through Camp America in 2017. Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization from Swansea University from 2013 to 2016.
