Desmond Hewagama is a highly experienced creative professional with a robust background in design and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Creative Lead at Koffeecup since October 2024, Desmond previously held the same title at Rock Paper Reality from February 2023 to October 2024. Desmond's career includes roles as a Design Lead at Blippar and as a freelance Creative/Design Lead. With a comprehensive skill set developed over years in senior and art director positions, Desmond has worked with notable agencies and studios such as Wieden+Kennedy, INITION, and Imagination. Desmond holds a BA(hons) in Multimedia & Virtual Reality Design from The University of Huddersfield and a Diploma in Foundation Studies from Ravensbourne University London.
