Courtney Garibaldi has a diverse work experience in the senior care and healthcare industry. Courtney started their career in 2008 at PeaceHealth as a Lead Registration Coordinator in the Emergency Department, where they led a team and provided training to new employees. In 2013, they joined Avamere Family of Companies as the Director of Marketing, responsible for developing marketing goals and managing daily admissions. Courtney also developed an outpatient therapy program during their time there. Since 2017, Courtney has been working at Koelsch Senior Communities LLC, initially as the Director of Community Relations and later progressing to the role of Executive Director. Currently, they hold the position of Area Director of Operations at the company.

Courtney Garibaldi obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Clark College in Vancouver, WA from 2004 to 2006. Courtney later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at George Fox University from 2014 to 2015.
