Scott Davis is an experienced attorney and partner at Koeller Nebeker Carlson & Haluck, LLP, based in the San Diego office, where responsibilities include handling construction, business, and personal injury litigation since June 2010. Prior to this role, Scott served as Staff Counsel for the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group's Pacific Region at Austin Brownwood & Cannon, focusing on civil litigation defense and subrogation from December 2007 to June 2010.
