Brad Higginbotham is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck since April 2024, Brad previously worked as a Senior Trial Attorney at Travelers and Nationwide from April 2023 to April 2024 and January 2019 to April 2023, respectively. Brad also owned and managed HD Legal Solutions, PLLC from July 2016 to January 2019, providing services in bankruptcy, debt settlement, family law, criminal defense, estate planning, and general litigation. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Managing Attorney at Lawyer ASAP from June 2011 to June 2016, as well as owning Higginbotham Law, P.A. from November 2007 to June 2011. Earlier in Brad's career, experience included working as an Assistant State Attorney at the State Attorney's Office, Ninth Judicial Circuit from 2003 to 2004. Brad holds a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
