Aleksandra Gorlova is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a comprehensive background in recruitment across various IT and digital positions. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Kodland since September 2024, Aleksandra previously held roles as an IT Recruiter at HR Prime, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates in the Russian and CIS markets, and as a Recruitment Specialist at Luxoft, focusing on technical roles and international recruiting. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at Recruitech recruitment agency and as a Business Assistant in which support was provided to business owners through employee hiring and event organization. Aleksandra holds a degree in Law with a civil specialization from the Russian State University of Justice, completed in 2022.
