Aleksandra Favero has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as VP of People & Culture at Brainly since May 2014, where previous roles included Senior Director and Director of People & Culture, as well as HR Manager/HR Business Partner. Additionally, Aleksandra has been a lecturer at AGH University of Science and Technology since October 2016, teaching postgraduate courses focused on talent management and IT business management. Prior to Brainly, experience included HR roles at FMC Technologies and Valeo Engine Cooling, with a strong foundation in recruitment and internal communications. Aleksandra holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from Jagiellonian University and furthered education at Uniwersytet SWPS.
