Isaac Munandar is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience across various sectors, including education, technology, and property development. As Co-Founder and CEO of MAXY Academy since July 2022, Isaac has been instrumental in empowering Gen Z through a digital career bootcamp designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry. Additionally, as a Partner at Koding Next, Isaac focuses on preparing future tech leaders among Indonesia's younger generations. Isaac also serves on the Management Board of VITA School, overseeing key areas such as international relations and strategic planning, and holds the position of Director at ONE53 Development, a property development company. Previous roles include Executive Director of VITA School, Director at MOSAIK Group, and Youth Leader at Oregon City Blessing Church. Isaac's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Portland and a Master of Law in Business Law from Universitas Pelita Harapan.
