Joe Hickey has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the oil and gas industry. Joe is currently the President/CEO of Kodiak Services USA Inc / Kodiak Int'l, a position they have held since October 2018. Prior to this, they served as President and CEO of Kodiak Services Partnership, overseeing operations in Canada, USA, Mexico, Colombia, Ethiopia, and Belize, from March 2017.

Joe also worked as a Partner at Kodiak Wireline since 2005 and as the President of Kodiak Services Int'l Inc. from January 2013 to March 2014.

Earlier in their career, they served as a Base Manager at Bonnett's from 2001 to 2005 and as a Combination Operator at Plains/Challenger from 2000 to 2001. In this role, they supervised wireline crews, performed logging and wireline operations, and implemented various wireline tools for different types of wells.
