Jon Dodge currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Lead at Kodiak Aircraft Company, where leadership is provided to a team of engineers and specialists focused on enhancing improvement initiatives and increasing throughput since January 2021. Previous roles at Kodiak Aircraft include Specialty Engineer II, Engineer 1, and Assembly Analyst. Jon's experience extends beyond engineering, with management positions such as General Manager and Program Director in the hospitality sector, along with ski guiding at Selkirk Powder Company. Jon Dodge holds two Master of Arts degrees from Eastern Washington University in Organizational Leadership and Education.
