Elmer Morales is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and innovation. As the Founder and CEO of Koder since February 2016, Elmer has pioneered a platform described as the "Uber for Coding," leveraging artificial intelligence to transform the IT services industry. Prior to this, Elmer co-founded Phenom Software, where the role of Managing Partner and CTO involved providing technology consulting in artificial intelligence from April 2010 to January 2016. Elmer also served as Group Manager and Senior Software Architect at Avanade, focusing on intranet portals and AI from September 2007 to April 2010. At Microsoft, Elmer contributed to the development of what became part of the Azure cloud platform while leading a small team, and earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer and CTO across various startups from January 2002 to January 2006.
