Shawn Pierce currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Eastman Kodak Company since February 2022. Previously, Shawn held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Vivial Media LLC from September 2014 to February 2022, actively collaborating with executive leadership to attract top talent while functioning as a hands-on leader. Earlier experience includes roles as Talent Acquisition Manager at endevis, Employment Manager at Cornerstone Brands Inc., and Branch Manager/Technical Recruiter at Superior Technical Resources. Shawn began a career in human resources at Kroger and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Miami University.
