Michael Schmidtke worked as a Mechanic/Systems Commissioning Engineer at KOCH Pac-Systeme GmbH from March 2015 to September 2018, where Michael was responsible for the final assembly of mechanical systems and installations at international customer sites. Michael currently serves as the Teamleader Tooldesign - Consumer products at the same company since August 2020, overseeing a team of 7 employees and managing the planning and execution of assembly processes and machine projects. Prior to their current role, Michael held the position of Department Head of Machine Assembly, where Michael also led a team of 7 employees and was responsible for the planning and coordination of assembly processes and machine projects.
