Jacob Francis is a seasoned professional in real estate and investment management, currently serving as President of Koch Real Estate Investments since December 2011, where previous roles included Director of both Koch Real Estate Investments and Koch Equity Investments, as well as Associate. Jacob has been a member of YPO Dallas since January 2021. Prior experience includes an Analyst position at Silver Point Capital and an Associate role at Cardinal Capital Partners, focusing on financial modeling and investment strategies. Earlier in Jacob's career, a role as Real Estate Financial Analyst at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler provided foundational experience. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University, earned in 2006.
