Ron Chalfant has over 30 years of experience in sales and engineering, currently serving as a Commercial Inside Sales Engineer at Koch Air, LLC since March 2015, specializing in commercial HVAC system sales. Prior to this role, Ron worked at Koch Air, LLC as a Territory Manager from December 2005 to August 2014, focusing on residential and commercial sales in Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois. Ron's earlier career includes a tenure at York International Corp. (now Johnson Controls) from August 1989 to May 2004, where Ron held positions as Branch Manager in St. Louis and later as Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest. Ron Chalfant holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering (MSE) from Purdue University, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University Bloomington.
