Phil Tasset has extensive work experience in the energy and agriculture industries. Phil started their career in 1999 as a Production Engineer at Archer Daniels Midland. In 2001, they joined Koch Industries as a Process Engineer at Koch Nitrogen in Dodge City, KS. Phil gradually moved up the ranks and held positions such as Reliability Leader, Operations Leader, and Reliability Center Manager at various Koch Nitrogen locations. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a Reliability Center Manager and Keep-It-Running Support Leader at Koch Fertilizer Canada. Since 2017, they have been working at Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC, where they first held the role of Reliability Center Manager and currently serves as the Operations Director.

Phil Tasset attended Kansas State University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
